Cancelation of our monthly meeting for January 12, 2015

Dear Friends and Colleagues, Brothers and Sisters in the Ethnic Press & Media of Canada:

The last two weeks of 2014, myself and all the members of my family suffered from a very severe attack in our health, the results of which unfortunately continue to make our life real miserable.
As I continue to be under strong medication and yet the virus could be transferred to any other person of my contacts, for the first time in our 30 years in cooperation I feel the need to ask the members of the Board to allow me to cancel our monthly meeting for January of 2015, which was scheduled for Monday January 12, 2015.
Hope that I will be feeling much better on time for our February meeting, which is scheduled for Monday February the 9th, 2015.
Although I am attending daily the office hours, my suggestion is to all of you for reasons of percussions, please, unless is some case of immediate attention, stay away and do not visit the office.
My intention is your own welfare and that of your family. I suffer more than enough to allow this matter to possibly affect you and your family.
Taking this opportunity I wish you all the best for the New Year 2015, for Good Health, Happiness and professional success.

As this year we are having General Elections, I would like to remind you to express your interest to be a candidate for all the positions.
Also as of January 1st, 2015 the Awards nominations project is open until May 31, 2015, after this date we will not accept any other submission.
