Dear friends and colleagues, sisters and brothers in the Ethnic Press of Canada:
It is with great pleasure as I am informing you today that the NEPMCC will participate and this year at the 18 day fair of the Canadian National Exhibition which starts on Friday August 15 and runs until Monday September 1st. During this period of time more than two million visitors will be visiting our pavilion which is located in the Direct Energy Building, International Markets Hall B, at the front of the Grand stage. The National Ethnic Press and Media Council of Canada is holding space for three pavilions in order to showcase the ethnic publications of Canada. To this extend I am asking you kindly to forward to our offices two copies of your publication and also inform us which cultural community you are serving in order to place your publication among the exhibits. Also I would appreciate if you can mail to our offices at least 25 copies of your publication by x/press mail in order to be placed in the table for the visitors. Include in the envelope and your invoice for the price of the x/press envelope and we will issue a chq to your company.
During our monthly meeting ,August 08, 2014 I will distribute to attending members entry tickets to the CNE and also parking tickets for their cars free of any charge. If you  are planning to attend please make sure that you are attending this meeting.
