A call for our monthly meeting for Monday August 10, 2009

                                    TO ALL MEMBERS OF THE NEPMCC

Please be advised that according to provision of our constitution, our monthly meeting for August is called as planned for Monday August 10, 2009. The meeting is called from 6:00 pm to 9:30 at the committee room N#2, main floor, legislative Building, Queen’s Park, Toronto On.

As we promised during this meeting the executive would distribute entry tickets to Canadian National Exhibition, which starts later this Month. Every member present to the meeting will equal number of entry tickets with the members of his family or friends. For every five personal tickets will be given also one parking car ticket for parking inside the exhibition, either at the basement of the Direct Energy building or in the special area for the members of the press. Please allow me to remind you that all the tickets around 250 would be distributed on August the 10^th. After this date no tickets will be available for anyone. Please make sure you are attending the meeting if you want the tickets. Also due to construction the 24 hour, south basement entrance to the main legislative building is closed effective Monday July 27, until September 7, 2009. Effective immediately for the above time Exit 6, to the northeast entrance at the back of the building will be the temporary 24 hour entrance. Please use this entrance at the north (back) of the building. If you have any problems finding the entrance please call me at 416- 996 42229
