Re:  Happy and prosperous New Year.

Dear Brothers and Sisters, Happy New Year 2005.

As this is my first correspondence to all of you, I would like to take this opportunity to express my warm wishes for Health and Prosperity for the new Year, and at the same time to express my deep sadness for the incredible devastation in Southeast Asia, and ask all our members to run the story and encourage his/her community to participate in the healing process of this tragedy with 150.000 dead humans and some millions dislocated after loosing their households.

Since the day of the developments I have worked very hard to every direction, from Ottawa to Washington, and from Ontario to BC, in order to make sure that our voice is heard by the centers of power for help to our suffering brothers and sisters.

As you are away, our next meeting is scheduled for the Monday, January 10th, 2005.

Due to the critical situation, it is my humble opinion that the presence of all our members is very important and critical. Please make sure you are going to be there: Committee Room # 2, Main Legislative Building, Queen’s Park, Toronto Ont.

Please ender the building from the east side door, (the one looking at the bay avenue), report to security officer your name and the reason of your visit, (attendance of the meeting of NEPMCC), take your I.D. and come to the meeting.

We start as always at 6:00 PM, please make sure you are there on time, as too many things are on the agenda for discussion.

Soon, later, I would forward to you our agenda as well as the minutes from the previous meeting.

For one more time please accept my deepest sympathy for the victims of this tragedy which devastated the area of your homelands and lets work to together to help as much as we can.

Best wishes and Regards,

Thomas S. Saras

President, NEPMCC
