  Press Conference by Vice-Admiral Robertson Chief-Of Staff of the Canadian Navy

Dear Friends and Colleagues, brothers and sisters in the ethniques press and media:

This is my last update on the round table conference by vice-Admiral Robertson, Chief-of- Staff of the Canadian Navy, scheduled for Saturday April 28^th, 2007 at 9:00 am onboard the HMCS Halifax, which will be visiting Toronto.

The ship will be docked at Pier 291, Queen Elizabeth Docks, 255 Queen’s Quay East, at the foot of Sherbourne Street.

Any member coming to conference has to notify Lieutenant Commander Albert Wong, Senior Public Affairs Officer at his address wong.AKS@forces.gc.ca

A list of twenty-one publications has been completed and submitted to L. Commander Wong. Please make sure you are going to be there on time for the conference as our host Admiral Robertson expected to be there on time.

Also the following Monday, April 30^th, 2007 a Citizenship Ceremony for new Canadians are going to be contacted abroad the ship, in the same as above area.

Taking place in the ceremony are members of the Yugoslavian, Iranian, Romanian, Vietnamese, Hungarian, English, Russian, Bulgarian, Zimbabwean, Ethiopian, Pilipino, Maltese, Azerbaijani, Armenian, Angolan, Lithuanian, Cuban, Ukrainian, Moldavian, Pakistani, Belarus, South Korean, Albanian, Sri Lankan, Somalia, Latvian, Jamaican and Egyptian Communities. The ceremony starts at 9:30 to 11:30 that day.

Any member interested in covering this event must notify Lieutenant Commander Albert Wong of his intentions at Wong.AKS@forces.gc.ca
