·        Tim Hudak comes from the vast middle class of Ontario. He believes in the Canadian value of home ownership.

·          Auto Sector is in trouble and needs careful attention and strategy.

·        Tim Hudak favours income splitting for families with pre-school-age children, a simple way to keep the tax burden down when parents need help the most.

·        Hudak starts by boiling his policy concerns down to three words --fairness, jobs and families. Who could be against any of that?

·        Cut red tape, reduce corporate taxes, help small business, support families and get tough on crime are high in his agenda.
